For Exocellure AI Marketing and Instagram Messaging Services

1. Overview

Exocellure Dermaceuticals respects your privacy and provides a straightforward process for requesting the deletion of personal information collected or processed through our digital services, including our Instagram business account (@exocellure) and Exocellure AI Marketing application.

This page explains what information may be processed, how to request its deletion, and what happens after a request is received.

2. Information Covered by Deletion Requests

Depending on your interactions with Exocellure, the following information may be collected or processed:

  • Instagram username and account identifiers.
  • Messages and inquiries sent to our Instagram business account.
  • Message timestamps and conversation records.
  • Contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, clinic name, or business details.
  • Customer service inquiries and related correspondence.
  • Technical records associated with our Instagram messaging integration.

Our Instagram integration may use Meta's Instagram API and authorized technology providers, including workflow automation services, to process messages and manage inquiries.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

Step 1 — Send an email

Step 2 — Identify your account

Please include:

  • Your Instagram username, if applicable.
  • The email address associated with your previous communications with Exocellure, if relevant.
  • A brief description of the information you would like deleted.

Do not send your Instagram password, access tokens, or other sensitive login credentials.

Step 3 — Identity verification

For your privacy and security, Exocellure may request reasonable information to confirm that the deletion request relates to your account.

Step 4 — Processing and confirmation

We will review your request, identify the relevant information in our systems, and delete information that is no longer required or legally necessary to retain.

We aim to respond to requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements. If additional time is required, we will explain the reason.

Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the contact method you provided.

4. Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate purposes such as:

  • Accounting and tax obligations.
  • Order and transaction records.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Fraud prevention, security, or legal claims.

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and protected according to our privacy and security policies.

5. Removing Access to Exocellure AI Marketing

You may also manage or remove access granted to Exocellure AI Marketing through your Instagram account.

To review connected applications:

  1. Open Instagram.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Find Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
  4. Locate Exocellure AI Marketing, if listed.
  5. Review or remove its access.

Removing an application's access does not necessarily delete information previously stored in Exocellure's systems. To request deletion of such information, please follow the email instructions above.

6. Third-Party Services

Exocellure may use authorized service providers to support Instagram messaging, automation, customer service, and secure data storage.

When processing a valid deletion request, we will address relevant information held by Exocellure and instruct applicable service providers to delete covered information where required.

Deletion of information held independently by Instagram or Meta is governed by their respective privacy policies and account controls.
