This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Exocellure Dermaceuticals LLC. (“we,” “our,” and “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you as a user (“you” and “your”) of the www.exocellure.com website. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and any mobile applications we may offer (collectively, our “Site”). By using our Site, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use our Site.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
When you use our site, we may ask you to provide, as appropriate, certain “Personally Identifiable Information,” such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. PAYMENT INFORMATION
We may ask you to provide us with credit card and related billing information if you choose to make a purchase on our Site, but the portion of our platform where credit card information is entered is operated and controlled by third party payment processing companies, which handles all of our payment processing. We do not review your credit card information when you engage in a payment transaction through our Site, although we do know the amount that is charged to your credit card in any such transaction.
